At VisePage, we believe in flexibility and customer satisfaction. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and we offer a fair refund policy for all our users.

1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your VisePage subscription at any time without any penalties or fees. We do not lock you into long-term commitments.

1.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, you can:

  • Log in to your VisePage account and navigate to Settings > Subscription
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions

1.3 Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your VisePage account and all premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your website will remain live until the subscription expires.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with VisePage within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Service Issues: If we are unable to provide the service due to technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made after 14 days of the initial subscription (mid-cycle cancellations)
  • Partial month refunds for monthly subscriptions
  • If you have violated our Terms of Service
  • If your account has been suspended or terminated due to abuse or fraudulent activity

2.3 Prorated Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 14 days, we provide a full refund. After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can continue to use the service until the end of your subscription period.

3. Payment Processing

3.1 For Indian Users (Razorpay)

VisePage uses Razorpay as the payment processor for customers in India. When you request a refund:

  • Refunds are processed immediately from our end
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • The timeframe depends on your bank's processing time
  • For UPI transactions, refunds typically appear within 1-3 business days
  • For credit/debit card transactions, it may take 5-7 business days
  • Razorpay does not charge any fees for processing refunds

3.2 For International Users (DodoPay)

VisePage uses DodoPay (Dodo Payments) as the merchant of record for international customers. When you request a refund:

  • Refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days of approval
  • Full or partial refunds are available based on eligibility
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • The timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • DodoPay handles all payment processing securely and in compliance with international regulations

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request
  3. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  4. Receive Refund: Once approved, the refund will be processed according to the timelines mentioned above

4.2 Information Required

To process your refund request efficiently, please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or Transaction ID
  • Date of payment
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation (if applicable)

5. Automatic Renewals

VisePage subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next billing period:

  • Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • You will receive email reminders before your subscription renews
  • If you cancel after renewal has been processed, you will not receive a refund for that period

6. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

If you see a charge from VisePage that you do not recognize or believe is incorrect:

  • Contact us first: Please reach out to our support team before filing a chargeback with your bank
  • Faster resolution: We can often resolve billing issues much faster than the chargeback process
  • Chargeback consequences: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
