1. Cancellation

1.1 Cancel anytime

You can cancel your VisePage subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods. Your subscription simply will not renew at the next billing cycle.

You can cancel in two ways:

After cancellation you retain full access to your account and premium features until the end of your billing period. Your published website remains live until the subscription expires.

When the subscription expires your website is taken offline. Account data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate. After 30 days your website and associated data may be permanently deleted.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund. This applies only to new subscribers and covers the initial payment.

2.2 Refundable situations

  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized payments
  • Major service outages that prevented use of the platform for an extended period

2.3 Non-refundable situations

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the first payment
  • Partial-month usage
  • Renewal charges
  • Accounts suspended due to violation of Terms of Service

2.4 Refund abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of the refund policy, including repeated refund requests across multiple accounts.

3. Automatic Renewal

VisePage subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Your renewal date appears in Settings → Subscription.
  • Reminder emails are sent before renewal.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, although we may review individual cases at our discretion.

4. Plan Changes

If you upgrade your plan the change may take effect immediately with prorated billing adjustments. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle and no partial refunds are issued for unused time on the current plan.

5. Payment Processing & Refund Timelines

VisePage uses Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record for billing, tax compliance, and refunds.

  • Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days.
  • Funds return to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you notice a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved within 1–2 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of VisePage after updates are posted indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
